By using GoodSam, you agree to these terms. GoodSam is a community platform — we connect people, but we don't guarantee the conduct of users or the outcome of any help offered or received.

Use the service responsibly

• Be honest in your profile and posts.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• Meet in safe, public places when possible.
• Don't use GoodSam to solicit money, sell products, or run a business (org accounts excepted).

Content moderation

GoodSam uses a post-and-flag moderation model. Anyone can report a post. We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by the community.

Limitation of liability

GoodSam is provided as-is. We do not perform background checks on all users by default and we are not responsible for interactions between users. Always exercise judgment.
